Kuromi Gets Her Own Crocs Classic Clog In Time for Halloween Birthday
Crocs has teamed up with Sanrio once again for a Classic Clog collaboration. Staying within the world of My Melody, the growing partnership has now gifted Kuromi her very own pair just in time for her birthday on Halloween (Oct. 31).
Infamously My Melody's self-proclaimed rival, Kuromi entered the scene in 2005. In a shorter time to her universe's main character, which has been around since 1975, the Mariland-native has exploded in popularity on a global scale. Her Crocs Classic Clog project sees a purple-and-black color scheme derivative of her mischievous, punk, scene, and goth-friendly look. The bio-circular Croslite™ upper dons an all-over print of Kuromi, Baku, and associated icons while Jibbitz™ charms recreate the white rabbit and a pink skull bow.
Elsewhere, Kuromi replaces traditional crocodile emblems on the heel strap hinges. Additionally, a detachable Kuromi word-mark appears on the strap itself, cementing her legacy within the expansive world of Classic Clogs. Underfoot, the slip-resistant sole unit rocks an all-black finish that allows the shades of purple up-top to revel in the spotlight.
Enjoy official photos of the Kuromi Crocs ahead. Pairs should release via Crocs.com in Adult and Kids' sizing before November arrives.
