Since leaving Versace, Salehe Bembury has slowly but surely built his brand to towering heights. It’s no surprise, though, given his track record of climbing through the ranks — he started at Payless before moving to Cole Haan, YEEZY, then Versace. Now, after a handful of link-ups with New Balance, Bembury looks a little left-field for his latest collaboration, but it’s one that may revolutionize the way we look at the brand in question.
Set to release in multiple colorways, the Salehe Bembury x Crocs capsule is by far the brand’s most audacious offering yet — and that’s saying something. the fingerprint-like design sits somewhere between YEEZY Foam Runner and traditional Crocs slip-ons, with an added utilitarian aesthetic that Bemebery has shown a penchant for. The first-previewed bone and black pair has been proceeded by earthy options of taupe and olive, all of which have been teased by the man himself below.
Update 11.18.21 A release date for the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Collection has been revealed for December 14, with pairs set to release via raffle here on Crocs.com, as well as a handful of yet-to-be-named retailers.
