This Is an Xbox-Inspired Crocs Classic Clog
Regardless of where your video game console-allegiance lies, Microsoft's Xbox platform has played an important part in countless gamers' lives since its debut in 2001. Now, the decades-old institution joins the ranks of Crocs Classic Clog collaborations, inspiring one of the company's more playful makeovers.
Coinciding with Xbox 360's year-long 20th anniversary celebration, the project takes after one of video games' most-celebrated modern controllers. A straightforward black Croslite™ presentation sets the stage for matte overlays on the toebox and around the forefoot that mimic the Xbox One X's ergonomic controller—bumpers and all. Wearers will see X, Y, B, A buttons, D-pad, left and right analog sticks, and white Xbox button from a bird's-eye view. The platform's iconic green logo replaces traditional Crocs branding on the ankle strap's hinges.
The Xbox-inspired Classic Clog arrives alongside a limited edition Jibbitz™ charm pack. The 5-piece set references titles like Doom, Fallout, and Halo.
Enjoy detailed shots of the collaboration ahead. Pairs are scheduled to release via Crocs.com today at 12 p.m. EST.
