The Off-White x Converse Chuck 70 is expected to drop this weekend

After months of speculation, delays, more speculation and even more delays, Virgil Abloh’s Off-White x Converse Chuck 70 is finally here. Well, almost.

Converse just dropped a pre-release subscription list, enabling lucky subscribers a chuck’s-chance to purchase a pair.

These were originally part of 2017’s ‘The Ten’ collection, yet faced major delays one can only put down to QC standards. But the wait is finally over. The Off-White x Converse Chuck 70 comes with all the ‘Ghost’ detailing you’d expect from the collection carried over to one of the most sought after silhouettes.

A translucent white upper showcases the silhouette’s origins, while classic Off-White branding referencing Malden, Massachusetts – Converse’s hometown – is printed on the medial side. There’s also Virgil’s signature quotation marks surrounding “Vulcanized,” “Right,” “Left” and “Shoelaces” printed throughout.

ICYMI: Nike SNKRS dropped the Off-White x Converse Chuck Taylor yesterday morning for select accounts at 9AM ET. A wider release is expected to become available on May 12th.
