New Hampshire Teen Stabbed Over YEEZYs
A 17-year old from Nashua, New Hampshire has allegedly been stabbed over a pair of YEEZYs and left seriously injured, according to local authorities.
Nashua’s Patch site reports that the alleged attacker, 19 year-old Dequan Hagen, met up with the 17-year-old on January 3rd to for your standard sneaker sale. Things turned south quickly, when Hagen refused to pay and reportedly stabbed the 17-year old in the stomach before fleeing the scene in his vehicle.
Weak as fuck.
As for the specific pair of YEEZYs? It was not disclosed.
Hagen has been charged with armed robbery, home invasion, and two counts of assault and property destruction. He remains in jail without bail until his court appearance on February 11th.
Following the incident, local Tyngsborough Police Chief Richard Howe relayed that the local police station should be used as a designated meet-up location for transactions to avoid similar incidents in the future. Local law enforcement around the country has adopted similar practices to curb the amount of crimes related to online transactions for expensive items like sneakers.
