KICKS CREW, the premier global marketplace founded in 2008, continues to showcase a commitment to performance and independent, smaller brands pushing the boundaries on said front. Today, it's announced a partnership with EQLZ, the 7-year-old basketball brand dedicated to improving the game.

"We’re thrilled to partner with KICKS CREW in reimagining the sneaker creation and shopping experience for millions of sports enthusiasts worldwide. Our sneakers probably won’t change the world, but we hope that people who wear them will," said Yi Jiang, Co-Founder at EQLZ.

Jiang's words are modest, but the design team he's tapped to help bring his vision to life has a proven track record. Aaron Cooper, former designer for Nike Basketball, leads EQLZ's design efforts. He previously worked with the likes of Scottie Pippen and Serena Williams, figures that've been monumental to their respective fields and communities-at-large.

News of the partnership coincides with the launch of two silhouettes—the 360 and 247—inspired by Jordan Lewis—also known as JLEW. The shifty 26-year-old travels across the world, bringing his love of basketball and competitive spirit to courts in the U.S. Asia, and Europe. He's done so in both the EQLZ 360 and 247, which take on gem blue and white makeovers inspired by his favorite colors.

Enjoy detailed shots of the EQLZ x JLEW capsule below. Pairs will release exclusively via KICKSCREW.com and EQLZ.com on Saturday, April 5. The 360 is priced at $130, whereas the 247 retails for a slightly-higher $150.

A select quantity will be available via giveaway. To enter, visit the KICKS CREW Event Page.
