More Stitched-On Swooshes Appear on the Air Jordan 1
This time it’s for the kids!
It’s clear to see that Jordan Brand has been experimenting a fair bit on the Air Jordan 1 of late, with all-new takes on the Air Jordan 1 that have been boggling minds, and also impressing us like we never thought possible. One of their newest techniques to tinker with has been the stitched on Swoosh. Seein first in a 3D effect on the Satin Shattered Backboards, then on the “A Star is Born” Air Jordan 1 High OG. Recently we’ve seen the detached, hanging thread Swooshes on the next Defiant Air Jordan 1 (I still don’t know what to make of those) and now this multi-tracked, multi-colored finish. The stitching takes on four separate paths, flowing in and out of colors in a gradient-like effect, which reflect the mismatched palate of the sneaker’s leather overlays. Pastel pinks, greens, yellows and red overlay a heavily-pebble black leather underlay, sitting atop a white outsole and glow-in-the-dark outsoles.
There’s currently no word on the sneaker’s inspiration or its intended release date, but with first looks popping up from retailers around the globe, you can expect this wild Air Jordan 1 Mid GS to release very soon.
