Satin season continues for Jordan Brand and is revered Air Jordan 1High, with yet another Chi-city-inspired colorway set to touch down soon. This Air Jordan 1 High OG “Black Satin” continues the brand’s use of the material on the 1985 icon, which caused a stir when it last appeared on the women’s-exclsuive Black Toe this past August. This time around the Jumpman brand has used a little more of the textile, serving as the sneaker’s primary base layer. Peering out from beneath buttery leather overlays, the silky black satin covers the toe box, mid-panel, and throat. A premium leather Wings patch motif is stitched on the collars, and the same luxe vibe continues at the tongue with debossed Nike Air branding hits also arriving on the supple material. The sneaker comes paired with red laces (and likely black, too) and comes complete resting atop a white midsole and black rubber outsole.

Originally reported as a metallic silver-loaded silhouette, the pair has now been confirmed as this “Black Satin” Air Jordan 1 and will release on January 18th, 2020 for a slightly inflated $170.
