The lesser-loved OG Air Jordan model from the mid-1980s returns in the new year, with a very first look at the all-new Air Jordan 1 KO “Syracuse” for Spring/Summer 2022 appearing online today.

After a return of the OG “Chicago” colorway, a canceled Paisley drop, a “Storm Blue” release, and a collaboration with Billie Eilish, the silhouette returns for the first time in 2022 with a brand new scheme, ostensibly informed by the OG Dunk High of the same name. Boasting a classic canvas and leather construction, the pair keeps its namesake’s blocking to the best of its ability, with pure white uppers, collars, and brand embellishments working in unison with striking orange leather and canvas overlays, laces, and liners. Sole units keep the theme going, though midsoles opt for an aged-look sail finish to complete the Dunk-inspired design.
