Air Jordan 1 Low “Split” Surfaces in “Bright Spruce”

The all-new Air Jordan 1 Low “Split” — and its accompanying Mid cut — seem to be the brand’s big push as we enter the autumnal months, with yet another new colorway entering the chat, this one clad in jet black and “Bright Spruce” teals.

Though recent options of the design have seen a shift from left/right inverted blocking, this new colorway harkens back to the model’s origins with a straight-up negative on each respective side. On the lateral, you’ll note a base layer of tumbled teal leather, with black leather collars and overlays; the tongue also dresses in Spruce hues. Mirrored on the medial, the pair looks to Bright Spruce uppers and black overlays, with tongues on the inside delivered in black. Naturally, it’s difficult to split laces, liners, and sole units, so uniform colors of teal, black, and black/white finish these off respectively.

While an official release date for this new Air Jordan 1 Low “Split” in its Bright Spruce/Black colorway has yet to be revealed, available official Nike.com imagery for the pair would indicate that these would likely be scheduled soon.
