Another day, another Air Jordan 1 Low style.

As Michael Jordan's eponymous label continues to celebrate its 40th anniversary, every trim of His Airness' original Air Jordan sneaker is expanding its roster of releases. The original "Bred" look returned in as close-to-1985-form as possible in February, with the Mid and Low opting for more experimental looks. The latter, however, recently emerged in a color scheme and layout reminiscent of the "Shattered Backboard" look.

Widely-considered a modern classic, the "Black/Starfish/White/Sail" combination of colors first appeared in 2015. Since then, it's taken on a number of different Air Jordan 1 retros, while also inspiring other silhouettes from the Nike, Inc. family. The AJ1 Low features a two-tone forefoot, with the titular orange color animating the perforated toe box. Profile swooshes, lower heel panels, and Jumpman branding on the tongue follow suit. The remainder of the upper divvies up "White" and "Black" hues that harken back to the original "Shattered Backboard" release.

Underfoot, Peter Moore's design from 1985 features an off-white, faux-aged midsole that injects an air of vintage appeal into the low-top. The tried-and-proven, Nike Dunk Low-reminiscent outsole reverts to a pitch-dark finish that completes the package.

The multi-colored Jordan 1 Low is available now on Shoe Palace, and pairs should hit Nike.com/Jordan on June 202 at 10 AM ET. In the meantime, enjoy official photos of the retro ahead.
