The myriad of Mids continues into 2020, with this unusually-blocked yet very familiar-looking makeup of the mid-cut Air Jordan 1

Taking a base design cue from 1985’s OG Air Jordan 1 Black/White, the pair then ushers in boldly-colored Checks, alternating between University Red and University Gold patent leather on the lateral and medial sides respectively. Also differing from the OG is the inclusion of a semi-translucent grass-green rubber outsole. From a material standpoint, the pairs utilize a standard smooth leather upper and nylon tongues, with its contrasting overlays arriving in heavily-tumbled black leather. Completing the design are black insoles, debossed and tonal Wings logos, and Jumpman-branded tongues.
