Known for its experimentation with color, blocking, and material makeup, this aptly titled new Air Jordan 1 Mid “Multi-Material” is everything the silhouette strives to be; bold, colorful, and experimental.

Each and every panel on the pair sports a different textile and color, from white toes and textured burgundy caps, to alternating forefoot overlays in suede and polka dot-pressed green leathers. Mid panels boast a plush waffle weave, while ribbed collars and heel caps come in white and blue. Ankle flaps proffer a tan suede, while textured red Swooshes sit below jet black patent eyestays. All of this is met with a simple undercarriage of white and black to round out the design.

While an official release date for this new Air Jordan 1 Mid “Multi-Material” has yet to be revealed, one would expect that these would likely be scheduled for Fall 2022.
