Available Now // Air Jordan 1 Mid “Royal” Flips the OG Colorway in the Rear
The mid is making waves, and it’s starting to get even the most skeptical of Jordanheads to change their tone towards the oft-ridiculed mid-cut sneaker. 2019 has seen banger after banger after banger (after banger) — and today we bring you another, the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Royal”
This mid-cut iteration of the OG High colorway is enough to get the OG’s to bend their Mid-cut beliefs by flipping the throat and collar/heel blocking to create an all-new-yet familiar feel. The buttery tumbled black, and smooth royal leathers arrive in perfect harmony, while traditional nylon tongues and two-colored sole unit keep things classic. Being a Mid, it does arrive sans one lace loop and Nike Air Branding, and the pair comes complete with Jumpman tongue branding and blue Wings motifs on the collar.
Attractive as — so is the $110 price point.
A release for the blue-collar Air Jordan 1 Mid “Royal” did not accompany the official image set below, but you can expect pairs to start rolling out at select Jumpman cohorts like Finish Line and Nike.com very, very soon.
