Historically, Jordan Brand is known for punching out some fairly unique toolings for the Air Jordan 1 Mid, yet it’s also well-known for its unique color combinations and placements, too. The next pair to surface — this Air Jordan 1 Mid “Seasame” — is driving in both lanes, with colorful and inverted blocking paired with the seldom-seen use of perforated leather.
Typically, white leathers are reserved for Air Jordan 1’s base layer, but here arrive across the pair’s overlaying elements — all in a perforated finish. Further and more pronounced punctures pop-up on the Flash Crimson-colored collar, while uppers of the titular golden-tan hue arrive at the mid panel and toe in a smooth finish. Nylon tongues match the latter in color, while the trimming of the sole and liner pop in a light Psychic Blue. Completing the design is a one-two punch of orange at the tongue and Wings branding. stamps
