Over the past few days, the Air Jordan 1 Mid has appeared in some pretty audacious options. The corudroy-covered “Let(Her)Man”, the perforated leather “Laser Orange”and the motorsport-inspired All-Star release have all appeared with some pretty experimental construction. The next to the surface, though, is a little more traditional than those recently revealed, with this Air Jordan 1 Mid “Siren Red” reverting to a classic leather build.

Void of any heavily tumbling, shiny finishes or perforations, the uppers arrive in clean, simple black, with a sharp stroke of the titular hue gracing the pair’s Swooshes, collar, and Wings motif. The red returns again at the tongue, working off the jet blacks its rests atop to full effect. Simply finished off, the pair sits above a monochrome white and black sole unit and comes complete with insoles dressed fully in a striking red.
