Often serving as a proving ground for upcoming standout releases, the Mid frequently appears with unconventional materials and distinctive color blocking, among other unique features. Its next iteration, the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Teal Chenille," showcases a hint of that creativity, featuring the rarely-seen cut-in Swoosh combo, which has recently become synonymous with the Zoom CMFT series.

The Chicago-style color blocking is the foundation for this teal-accented release, presenting light teal leather uppers, textured turquoise overlays, and deep teal chenille at the aforementioned Swoosh and collar. The pair is then accented with on-trend aged-look coloring at the tongue and midsole, while a deep teal rubber outsole completes the design.
