Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” Earmarked for December 11th Drop
From the recent Bred, Concord, and Space Jam reissues, the drop is undoubtedly the brand’s biggest of the year.; The Annual Holiday release of the Air Jordan 11 has been a focal point for fans and Jordan Brand alike for well over a decade. But, aside from the OG options mentioned earlier, there’s been but one colorway on the minds of sneakerheads the world over — and today we can announce its return. That’s right, the Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” is returning for Holiday 2021, ending years worth of rumors and speculation — the last of which was fuelled by Jayson Tatum’s IG leak earlier this year.
The colorway first debuted on the silhouette in 2000 — no, it’s not an OG, though Mike did wear these on-court as a Wizard — It has since released on just one other occasion way back in December 2010, popping its head out halfway with 2018’s Low release, and again this year by-way-of the Celtics superstar. Though Tatum’s pair featured mesh uppers, it is expected that 2021’s Cool Grey Air Jordan 11 will revert back to its original build.
A release for the Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” is scheduled for Holiday 2021, though being this far out from release you won’t expect to see specifics and first looks for a while, so be sure to keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for further updates.
