First Look at the Air Jordan 12 “Bucks”
If you're a fan of Jordan Brand and the Milwaukee Bucks, this upcoming Air Jordan 12 is likely to be one to watch. Expected to release during Fall 2026, the pair has now surfaced in first-look images, revealing a color scheme that leans heavily into the franchise’s retro identity.
Officially listed in White/Multi-Color, the Air Jordan design pairs a clean white leather upper with rich green reptile-textured mudguards and matching midsoles. What really sets the design apart, though, are its purple-popped accents, which appear to draw inspiration from the Bucks’ classic logo and older team branding. That added purple gives the pair a more distinct finish than early mock-ups suggested, helping separate it from a straightforward green-and-white team colorway.
Another standout detail comes in the form of the upper eyelets and midfoot panel, both of which feature an iridescent metallic purple finish. It’s a rare touch for the Air Jordan 12, whose hardware typically arrives in a more standard flat or glossy metallic treatment. Here, the shifting finish adds a little extra depth without overwhelming the shoe’s otherwise simple build.
As part of the Air Jordan 12’s 30th anniversary run, this “Bucks” colorway is currently expected to release on September 19, 2026, via Nike.com/Jordan and select Jordan Brand retailers.
