The Air Jordan 14 "Black Toe" holds a special place in the history of Jordan sneakers. Initially released in 1998, they marked a significant moment in Michael Jordan’s career. This silhouette was Jordan's last signature sneaker on-court before his brief retirement and subsequent return to the NBA with the Washington Wizards. The sneaker's release followed the end of Jordan’s second championship three-peat, embedding it with historical importance.

The Black Toe 14s first saw a retro version in 2006, which introduced a quilted stitch pattern and perforations — a deviation from the original 1998 design. It wasn't until 2014 that fans saw a proper re-issue of the Black Toe 14s, featuring the smooth white leather upper panels that were faithful to the original.

Now, for the fourth time, the colorway will be released; but just how they will arrive remains speculative at best.
