The San Francisco 49ers' Michael Crabtree recently stepped out in a never-before-seen Air Jordan 14. Sitting court-side at a Dallas Mavericks game, the wide receiver gave the world a glimpse at a "Green Suede" Player-Exclusive of the iconic design.
Captured by Instagram user @sneakerfreshclub, the on-foot look deviates from most other pairs from the Air Jordan franchise. As famously stated by Macklemore, who worked on an Air Jordan 6 duo in 2014, the man behind the Jumpman isn't a big fan of the color green for his signature silhouettes. Therefore, Crabtree's AJ14 is that much more special.
It's unsure whether or not the "Green Suede" pair or a similar retro will land via Nike.com/Jordan at some point, but stay tuned.
