Guo Ailun and Jordan Brandare coming together once more to deliver a new colorway, this time using the Air Jordan 35 Low silhouette as its canvas. Team Jordan’s first Chinese athlete brings ethos seen before on his past releases in honoring the orient and his heritage with a jade infused palette.
This latest drop using Guo’s aforementioned signature jade as its muse combined with the intricacy of the AJ35 construction results in an instant classic. The foundations of the upper are comprised of a heavy-duty tight-knit mesh saturated in the primary hue which plays host to sweeping leather overlays and the eye-catching medial flare. Underfoot sits a white midsole unit with tonal green and jade paint-splattered flecks surrounding the on theme oversized medial shank, all of which is framed with an all-white rubber outsole. Completing the design is the finer details, Guo’s signature “G” features on the textured tongue with the alternative being a Jumpman, Cantonese characters on the heel, and a unique zig-zag pattern can be seen throughout the laces.
A Nike.com release date is still TBA but the price is expected to be around $220. In the meantime check out the official images below and follow theHouse of Heat on Twitter for all news and updates.
