Detailed Looks at the Winterized Air Jordan 4 “Loyal Blue”
It’s about this time of year that we start to get first looks at the upcoming Winter catalogs — and today we get our first look at an upcoming Air Jordan 4 Winterized in “Loyal Blue”.
It’s already been dubbed the “Emin-nons” in social media, thanks to it’s eerily similar colors to Eminem’s “Encore” Air Jordan 4 — but it does come with some major overhauls — first of all the price tag. Nope, you won’t have to fork out $40k for a pair on StockX, but the price tag has increased slightly to $200 — but that’s thanks to the sneaker’s modified material construction. From a fleece liner to keep your feet warm, to the waterproofed upper and new mesh panels, the pair comes Winterized, as the name suggests. It arrives in all-blue, paired with plastic wings in black, as well as black hits on the laces, liners and midsoles. Cement grey graces the eyelets and outsole, while a quick flash of stark white rides the rear. Splashes of Habanero Red complete the design, arriving on the tongue liner and Flight branding, as well as a pop underfoot.
At this stage, we’re unsure if this is the same previously-leaked WNTR pair that fell out of@SHOF‘s mouth earlier this year (which was slated to arrive in similarly-colored Faded Spruce/Ocean Cube/Habanero Red/Black), but it could be likely that we’ll be still getting both. As for this “Loyal Blue” Air Jordan 4 WNTR, a release date has been pegged for December 2nd, with an increased retail price tag of $200.
