If you’ve ever wanted to yell “FORE” in your fives, then nows the time. Jordan Brand will be delivering another banger to the golf world in 2020, this OG-inspired Air Jordan 5 Golf “Black Metallic”.

It continues a killer run of links-ready options for the brand — and for Nike, Inc as a whole — but this will arguably be the most sought-after yet. Seen here through its official images for the first time, the pair pops up in a build based on the original in every way; metallic silver tongues and forefoot teeth pop-off against the jet blacks of the nubuck uppers and EVA midsoles. Translucent mid panel and tongue mesh stay true to the OG, though there are a few modifications made for the fairway. A lower cut is preferred by golfers, so the padded ankles have been removed, while the iciest of icy outsoles come capped by hardened plastics at the toe and midfoot. Of course, screw-in studs feature on the undercarriage for optimal torque, while lace locks have been replaced by detachable ball markers — a lovely touch. Nike Air branding is absent, though, so you’ll have to settle for Jumpmans in the rear, insoles, and underfoot.
