Air Jordan 6 Low “Blackout” Joins 35th Anniversary Lineup for Spring 2026
Jordan Brand’s 35th-anniversary celebration of the Air Jordan 6 is shaping up to be busy, with several fresh takes already confirmed for the front end of the new year. Among them is a familiar aesthetic that long-time fans will recognize: the upcoming Air Jordan 6 Low “Blackout,” a nod to the sleek and timeless “Black Cat” motif gracing numerous retro silhouettes over the years.
According to zSneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, the pair is locked in for a Spring 2026 release, dressed in a simple yet striking “Black/Black” color scheme. While the full material breakdown has yet to be revealed, the all-black build leaves plenty of room for interpretation.
For now, we’ve put together a speculative mock-up of what the “Blackout” colorway might look like based on past “Black Cat” designs across the Jordan range. Of course, the final retail version may differ, but fans can likely expect a clean, tonal build that leans into the stealthy, understated styling the “Black Cat” name is known for.
Expect the Air Jordan 6 Low “Blackout” to be released in Spring 2026.
Keep it locked to our Air Jordan Release Dates Calendar for updates as they land.
While we're looking at upcoming retros, reacquaint yourself with the Air Jordan 11 "Gamma," which will return to retailers in December.
