Nike is commemorating the 20th anniversary of its beloved Doernbecher Freestyle program by unveiling a unique edition of the Air Jordan XX.
This release celebrates two decades of transformative design and marks the model's debut in the program, famously known for its creative partnership between Nike and the young patient-designers from OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
The Air Jordan XX features pioneering laser graphics that capture Michael Jordan's illustrious career. For this anniversary edition, Nike has refreshed the iconic design with laser-etched graphics that reflect the contributions of 122 patient designers who have participated in the program over the past twenty years. This initiative has showcased incredible creativity and helped raise significant funds for the hospital, transforming countless lives.
This ultra-limited release includes only twenty individually numbered pairs and intricate laser-etched wooden casing, highlighting its exclusivity and collector's value.
These special sneakers will be auctioned off via Sotheby’s, beginning on October 21, 2024, and will run until noon ET on October 30, 2024
