An OG Spiz’ike colorway returns 10 years later

Originally releasing in 2007, this Spiz’ike is still considered an OG colorway even if the first release of the hybrid silhouette was in 2006.

For those of you new to the game or outside the loop, Spike Lee’s ‘Mars Blackmon’ character helped promote the Air Jordan to the mainstream – in what is still considered to be one of the best sneaker advertising campaigns to date. Spike and Mars appeared on silhouettes 3 to 6 (he also came back for the 20) before the 7 was promoted out with Warner Brother’s Looney Toons, starting Mike’s connection to the WB franchise.

And this OG stays true to the OG in both cut and colorway. If you’re looking to cop this OG Jordan Spiz’ike, you can expect a release this Fall for $175. Stay tuned for an official date!
