Over the years, German retailer BSTN have carved out a reputation for taking their sneaker releases to the next level. We’ll never forget their Nike Air Force 1 AF-100 campaign, where they customised a Can-Am Spyder bike, Mercedes G63 AMG, Lamborghini Aventador, and a Cessna Citation XLS Private Jet. Now they’re back at it again for the recent release of the iconic Air Jordan 11 ‘Concord’.
Building on Michael Jordan’s well-documented passion for motorcycles, BSTN has teamed up with Germany’s leading customisation workshop IMPULS to create the BSTN Ducati 916 ‘Concord’ — amnd they’ve showcased it in a wild and weird AF video:
All parts of the Ducati 916 have been tailored or recreated using 3D-printing technology to fit the ‘Concord’ design concept.
Both the classic AJ11 sneaker and trailblazing racing motorcycle pushed the envelope for design and performance in their respective fields during the 90s, remaining relevant to this very day.
