Update 09.10.19 A release date for the two-pack of CDG Homme Plus x Air Jordan 1 has finally been revealed, with both styles set for release on September 14th at doverstreetmarket.com. As expected, the is a pricepoint increase — but we weren’t expecting them to be a whopping 2x the MSRP of a standard pair, coming in at a wild $345 a pop. Stay tuned for updates and retailers for a wider release.Update 06.09.19 After a long, long wait, official looks of both the White and Black the retail releases have finally arrived. OG Post // Paris Fashion Week has already flexed some phenomenal collaborative projects from Sacai and Nike, Vetements and Reebok, and Comme des Garcons and New Balance. But the latter isn’t solely tied to NB this season, with CDG also taking on the iconic Air Jordan 1.
The previously rumored Comme des Garcons x Air Jordan 1 High has finally surfaced during the HOMME Plus show; in two different colorways. The all-black and all-white pairs appear to arrive with premium leather construction, extended shin-high tongues, and an S&M bondage belt-like chain-link strap — a perfect match for any gimp suit.
There’s word that this collaboration will eventually release, but Jordan Brand nor CDG have not yet confirmed a date, so stay tuned for more.
