With the new NBA season set to tipoff in mere days, we thought It might be about time to get around to celebrating the reigning champs — as we often do — through concept sneaker colorways. Just as we did for the Lakers the year prior, we’ve given the Midwest franchise their own Air Jordan 4.
Decked out in their (modern) home-court duds of white, deep green, and fawn, the pair arrives in Fire Red-inspired blocking, pairing classic materials with a fresh update of hues not often seen on the Jordan Retro lineage. Where black and greys would normally reside sits a light bone-beige, and where black and red are historically placed comes a deep forest green — a color we’d absolutely like to see more of in Mike’s catalog.
Of course, there have been a handful of Bucks-themed Air Jordans made in the past, with legendary shooter and former Buck Ray Allen the recipient of some incredible team-themed PEs, as well as a few specialty pairs made for a young Jabari Parker during his short four-and-a-half-year stint in Milwaukee.
