Winterized Air Jordans have been a frequent player for the brand over the past few years, with the Air Jordan 12, Air Jordan 4, and scrapped Air Jordan 8 appearing over the past handful of years. The GORE-TEX Air Jordan 1 Element is the newest, debuting in the back-end of 2021 in two initial colorways. Now there’s a fourth edition joining the lineup, with the revelation of the GORE-TEX Air Jordan 1 Element “Berry”

Like the recently-previewed “Light Curry” colorway, this too sports a multi-material construction of ripstop, leather, and more, and continues the color blocking set forward by the design’s third installment. Here, though, thick-cut leather overlays take on a beautiful berry hue, with blacks returning to the tongue, laces, collar, and liner. Branding hits and Swooshed also don the dark hue, all of which is anchored atop a light violet ripstop upper. Underfoot you’ll find the design’s tortoiseshell-like outsoles — here in black and purple hues — completing the design.
