Winterized Air Jordans have been a frequent player for the brand over the past few years, with the Air Jordan 12, Air Jordan 4, and scrapped Air Jordan 8 appearing over the past handful of years. Now it seems that the brand will continue to deliver options for treacherous weather, with not one but two options of the new Winterized Air Jordan 1 Element / GORE-TEX silhouette for the back-end of 2021.

Leaked by sneaker sleuth @zSneakerheadz, the new model is expected to receive a GORE-TEX overhaul, with waterproof and likely insulated textiles working with leathers across the upper — and that’s reflected here in the increased $200 price point. Arriving two ways, here we take a look at the option in Black, Chile Red, Sail and Particle Grey, though official imagery now shows that it comes with a green tint to its upper, too. It arrives with the waterproof fabrication at the toe and mid panel, the former sporting GORE-TEX brand detail. Overlays arrive in leathers, with black at the forefoot, eyelets, Swoosh, and collar, while a cooling grey hue hits the ankle flap and heel. More GORE-TEX branding graces the back panel, and the pair is completed by sail and black sole unit

Pairs are currently earmarked for release in the US on December 4 (originally listed for November 23) and in Europe on December 1.
