Jordan 1 Mid “Chlorine Blue” Borrows Air Jordan 7’s Geometric Print

Often looking inward for inspiration, Jordan Brand consistently utilizes cross-over design elements to great effect. There are certain historical cues within the brand that evokes great feelings; the Air Jordan 3‘s Elephant Print is the most shared-around facet, while the Air Jordan 11‘s patent leather is also a frequently borrowed feature. The Air Jordan 7‘s geometric tongue print is another, having appeared on everything from clothing to Air Jordan 1 Lows in recent times. Now it graces this Air Jordan 1 Mid “Chlorine Blue”, with this Gradeschool option appearing online earlier today.

And while it borrows the 7’s signature design element, its colors are entirely new, with a white base boasting mid-blue leather overlays, the rear of which features the aforementioned print. Here it arrives in white, teal, pastel orange, and blue at the heel and ankle flap, with the colors continued down the nylon tongues, laces, and liners. Underfoot you’ll find a simple white and blue sole unit, with a sherbert orange insole completing the design.

Grab an official look at this new Air Jordan 7-inspired Air Jordan 1 Mid “Chlorine Blue” here below, and expect to see these hit select stores and likely Nike.com in the coming weeks — through a specific date is yet to be specified, so be sure to keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates on its release.
