The Jordan 6 Rings Winterized, which first made a mark in 2010, is slated for another comeback this Fall.
When it first touched down over a decade ago, the practicality, especially in the face of winter challenges, made it a sought-after piece in many sneaker rotations. Fast forward to 2023, and Jordan Brand is diving back into those design archives, refreshing the Winterized edition for the modern sneakerhead.
Retaining the spirit of its original release, this year's rendition dons the “Triple Black” colorway and the timeless “Wheat” aesthetic. The construction emphasizes durability and resistance, which are vital for any winter-ready footwear. The full-length overlay, heel counter, and tongue are wrapped in thick, premium leather, while the sidewalls get a treatment of robust ballistic mesh. Further enhancing its visual appeal are the metallic lace loops, paired with grey and black rope laces, and the Jumpman logo on the tongue tab and heel, set in harmonizing bronze tones.
Last released in October 2023, Nike US has just issued another re-up of the winterized duo today, September 27, 2024, right here on Nike.com.
