Tarheels and Gators flex their feet.
Each time the Jordan Brand drops a new sneaker — whether it be a continuation of Mike’s signature line or that of his athletes — the nation’s Jumpman-branded colleges begin to receive their Player Exclusives shortly after. It’s become a mini event, one that sneakerheads look forward to seeing, even if we know that we won’t be able to get our hands on them.
Nonetheless, it’s always good to get a look in at what colleges like UNC and Florida will be rocking for the season ahead. The two universities mentioned above got their chance to flex their exclusive editions of Russell Westbrook’s Why Not Zer0.2 in vibrant team colors below.
We’re still waiting on looks at the Why Not Zer0.2 PEs for other Jordan-sponsored colleges of Michigan, Houston, Georgetown, Oklahoma, Marquette, and the newly-added San Diego State to reveal their pairs, expected to hit the web over the next few days, so stay tuned for more looks!
