Former Laker Swingman Eddie Jones is enjoying a resurgence of stardom, thanks to Jordan Brand’srecent retro of 1999’s Jordan Jumpman Swift, the sneaker the 14-year veteran debuted 20 years ago.

He was, at the time, a Los Angeles Laker, before migrating to the East in a trade to Charlotte. But his short time wearing in the sneakers in Los Angeles hasn’t been forgotten, with this Laker-friendly colorway set to hit stores over the coming weeks.

Arriving in a predominately black leather upper, it’s paired with matching black suede toe caps and comfortable mesh tongues. Vibrant golden-yellow hits the side panels, which wrap under the outsole, and it’s capped off with purple piping, dual heel Jumpmen, and outsoles.
