This Jordan Legacy 312 Low Took Some Notes from the Air Jordan 1 'Glow Green'
Since its introduction to market in 2018, the Jordan Legacy 312 Low has quietly amassed a loyal following. Its design cues from the Air Jordan line have helped it become a compelling model for even the most diehard fans of His Airness. And with spring inching closer, the silhouette has already emerged in fresh new styles perfect for the warmer months. Its latest seemingly takes a page from last year's Air Jordan 1 'Glow Green' retro.
While not a one-to-one reissue of the aforementioned pair, the latest Legacy 312 Low features a similar green at the toe box surrounded by pitch black contrast. Leather panels at the mid-foot work in-tandem with profile swooshes to present a visual rather reminiscent of many beloved Air Jordan 1 color-blockings. The elephant print borrowed from the 37-year-old Air Jordan 3 design interrupt the three-tone medley at the mid-foot, coupling with the Nike Air-assisted tooling to harken back to Tinker Hatfield's revolutionary creation.
The Air-accompanied Jumpman logos at the heel don a muted grey that allows for the dull 'Green Glow'-like tone to revel in the spotlight. The tried-and-proven outsole underfoot also indulges in the spring-friendly color, rounding out the hybrid offering.
Firm Nike.com release details haven't been disclosed as of writing, but that's expected to change soon. Pairs of the Legacy 312 Low should be priced at $145.
