The next two months for Jayson Tatum will be the biggest of his career; Fresh off the debut of his first signature silhouette with Jordan Brand and the Celtics clinching the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference, Tatum has the world at his feet. Speaking of his feet, he will take the court in the postseason in a few new colorways of his Jordan Tatum 1, including this new "Old School" edition, a pair that looks to the legendary Air Jordan 12 for inspiration.
The design mirrors the dominant jet-black color scheme with pitch-dark shades covering the upper textile, featuring hues reminiscent of a former Air Jordan 36 PE based on Tatum's 1960s Mustang. Bright red accents are visible on the forefoot and heel's pull tabs. The design takes cues from the iconic Air Jordan 12s, with a tumbled and lined leather panel deployed on the heel. The pair then sits atop a greyscale TPU sole unit underfoot, with matching metallic silver embroidered brand markings fluttering throughout to complete the design.
