Triple White? That’s un-Russ-like.
We’ve just opened the door on the Spring/Summer seasons, which means one thing for sneakerheads: Triple White Kicks. But here’s a pair we didn’t expect to don the all-white duds, Russell Westbrook’s Jordan Why Not Zer0.2.
Wild Westbrook’s extravagant style — and equally turbulent personality — has dominated his sophomore silhouette from the design to colorways, even to the extent that we saw Teddy Bear, GameBoyand Super Soaker PEs surface this year. So for Jordan Brand to dish up a blank canvas is a little peculiar. Perhaps they’re encouraging us to utilize the sneaker as a base to express our own style through customization — that would make a lot more sense. After all, the Brodie is big on being yourself.
