Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Better With Time" Releases Aug. 16

Nigel Sylvester is set to make his return in 2025 with a new—but familiar—release: the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Better With Time” (a pair previously referred to as "Nitro").

Borrowing its color scheme from his 2022 Friends & Family-exclusive Air Jordan 1 High OG (pictured below), this upcoming retail pair introduces a few notable updates.

Gone are the scuffed Swooshes and distressed midsoles seen on the High. Instead, the Low features a washed, worn-in finish on the outsole. Additionally, the black leather upper also sports a number of "imperfections," details that continue to tell Sylvester's story through the beloved Air Jordan series.

Fans of Nigel Sylvester's signature aesthetic can expect this highly anticipated drop of the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Low OG to arrive on Aug. 2 as part of Jordan Brand's expansive Summer 2025 offerings.

On Tuesday, July 8, the BMX athlete took to his Instagram account to give a personal breakdown of his design. The faux-aged presentation champions his Bike Air efforts, while the special shoe box cements his position within the world of Michael Jordan.
