Jordan Brand is keen to cement the Air Ship's status as a must-have retro model, and its strategy involves collaborative projects with esteemed labels and retailers, from Corporate to Awake NY. The latest of these ventures is collaborating with Beijing's SoulGoods, marking the brand's first-ever joint effort.

SoulGoods, known for its unique take on streetwear and culture, brings a fresh perspective to this collaboration. The first glimpse of the SoulGoods x Jordan Air Ship was revealed through an official teaser on SoulGoods' Instagram page. The sneaker made a brief appearance, worn by a city resident casually strolling through the Chinatown district of Paris, France, to pick up some food. This subtle yet intriguing reveal has captured the attention of sneaker enthusiasts worldwide.

From the brief cameo, it's evident that the collaborative Air Ship features hits of brown and neutral grey on its mid-cut silhouette. These colors offer a nod to the sneaker's heritage while aligning with SoulGoods' aesthetic sensibilities.

SoulGoods has now officially announced their Jordan Air Ship “Prove Yourself” will release on January 20, 2024, exclusively on Soulgoods.cn at a retail price of $150.

A wider release at select retailers is expected to take place in March 2024.
