Travis Scott Teases SoleFly x Air Jordan 1 Low OG Collaboration
It seems that we can’t even go seven whole days without hearing from Travis Scott, with the Houston-born rapper previewing more sneaker heat by-way-of his Instagram stories. This time, La Flame shows some love to Miami-based sneaker retailers SoleFly as the first to preview their next Air Jordan collaboration for Holiday 2021. Though it’s only a teaser image of the toe, there is word that the SoleFly x Air Jordan 1 Low OG is reportedly inspired by the Nike Air Carnivore from 1993, and the equally-legendary Nike SB Dunk Low “Bison” from 2003 (both pictured below)
The mix-and-match of the inspired materials, colors, and prints is evident, though there is still lots to be revealed. What we can see is a mostly black suede construction, with red suede toe boxes, and toe caps of Carnivore print. Midsoles are black — but that’s about all we can tell from this angle.
With more looks and details to follow, you’ll want to make sure that you’re tuned into our official Twitter account for updates. Until then, though, grab a first look at the pair and its reported inspiration below.
