Karhu’s Fusion 2.0 “Cross Country Pack” Releases Today!

In 1916, Karhu skis were one of the first produced items in a small workshop located in downtown Helsinki where locally sourced birch was transformed into winter forms of transport. The impeccable craftmanship was worn by the Finnish army, as well as world champions like Harriet Kirvesniemi — who is now part of the Karhu family as the official licensee of Karhu ski, cross-country skiing, and has helped to shape the brand into what it is today. In celebration of its connection to gliding over the snow, Karhu launches this three-piece Karhu Fusion 2.0 “Cross-Country Ski” Pack.

The three pairs below arrive inspired by the bright pops of color featured in the cross-country ski design of the´90s and ’00s and arrive in a classic construction of soft suede and nylon mesh, utilized in combination with contrasting colored leather. Completing the design is an oh-so-90s speckled midsole and rope lacing that adds ultra-outdooring vibes.

Still the most revered silhouetted of the Karhu Family, the Fusion 2.0 will touchdown in three new “Cross Country” colorways today, September 19th at 6:00 pm EST from Euro retailers 43einhalb — but pairs of the Leather Brown/Night Sky and Night Sky/Dandelion are available early, right here on Footshop.
