After collaborations from hype machines Ronnie Fieg (Kith) and Aimé Leon Dore, one would have come to expect an on-flow of GR colorways for the revered New Balance 1300. Now, after having released earlier this month in Asia, the New Balance 1300 “Nimbus Cloud” has arrived Stateside – and it arrives alongside a red rendition, too.
Both arriving in a classic mesh and pigskin construction the pairs both feature identical midfoot N motifs in white and silver, though the similarities stop there. The Nimbus Cloud comes with sail uppers and bone overlays, with identical hues hitting the ENCAP-loaded midsoles. Rear overlays of white leather match the laces and aforementioned midfoot motif. The red pair serves up a striking tonal upper, with overlays, midsoles, laces, and liners of grey, and both pairs come completed atop black rubber outsoles.
