2020 New Balance Pride Collection Releases May 22nd

New Balance is backing up last year’s banging “Pride Collection” — headlined by Todd Snyder’s clean ASF 997— with a fresh new trio in 2020 across two of the brand’s newest silhouettes; the 327 and the FuelCell Echo.

The unisex lifestyle 327 pairs pops of rainbow suede overlays across a retro-inspired white nylon upper. The pair is split-blocked, with each eyelet, toe, and heel panel receiving its own colorful shade of suede. Medial lacestays honor Gilbert Baker’s LGBT Rainbow Flag, while heart-shaped motifs on the tongue show the Boston-based brand’s support. Clean white midsoles and cinder rubber outsoles complete the design.

For the two FuelCell Echos (Mens and Womens), pairs are anchored in white mesh, with pairs encased in blue and aqua-striped translucent overlays respectively. In and around the lacestay is a rainbow-gradient finish, while iridescent panels at the rear bounce off like colors under light. Both pairs sport clean white midsoles that feature a beaming rainbow detail in the rear, and, like the 321, come equipped with a medial LGBTQ lacestay flag. And finally, all three pairs come completed with special “Love Since 1906” graphic insoles.
