LeBron’s latest is inspired by Bricks

No, we’re not talking about the King’s career worst 67% FT percentage this year.

These actually draw inspiration from the red bricks that made up LeBron’s hometown gym in Akron, where his basketball dynasty began.

The red upper with black accents represents the bricks that once housed the King, with a speckeled midsole to represent the mortar that kept the building together. The sneaker is caped off with “Just a Kid from Akron” on the inner tongue.
