Penny’s Memphis Tigers Foamposite PE Will Release to the Public

Tiger tough.

Head coach of the Memphis Tigers comes with its perks. But being Penny Hardaway too? Well, that’s even better.

Earlier this year, Haraway’s alma mater team in Tennessee received PE pairs of the sneaker he made famous back in ’97 — the Nike Air Foamposite One — adorning Tiger-print team color prints on the uppers.

But in a rare move, Nike will be releasing the PE in a very rare move from the Swoosh — not that I’m complaining.

After a small batch of the Nike Air Foamposite One “Memphis Tigers” hitting select retailers on March 9th, a wider release will be arriving on Nike SNKRS on March 22nd. While you await the release, grab an official look at Penny’s pair below!
