Nike Air Force 1 Fontanka “Yellow Strike” Arrives August 19th
The audacious Nike Air Force 1 Fontanka is the latest overhaul that the Bruce Kilgore-designed silhouette has been, and as you’d expect, it’s a decisive design. An acquired taste, the deconstructed architecture of the Uptown flays off in every which way, with double layers, wayward stitching, and split sole units all present. Likely as a result of such, the sneaker has only sprouted in solid-blocked colorways to avoid overstimulation — and has so again with this new Nike Air Force 1 Fontanka “Yellow Strike” colorway.
Arriving clas from toe-to tail in the titular hue, the pair only lets up from a total takeover in two instances; Firstly, the design’s signature tri-color Swoosh embroidery at the heel adds some alternate color pops, and secondly, the React foam midsole slabs arrive stuck on in white. Everything else is found in a soft neon finish.
