Nike’s Air Force 1 Gets Popped With Cherry Blossom Prints

Although not in full swing until April, Nike will be dishing up a Cherry Blossom-enriched Air Force 1 Low right in the middle of Winter. Stange timing, sure, but I guess it’s better to be a little early than late, like the belated release of the silhouette’s “Equality” edition earlier this year.

It arrives pairing Pink Quartz with whites, blacks, and — apparently — Galactic Jade (although I can’t see any green, can you?). The two-tone pink upper is plastered with bold contrasting Swooshed in tumbled black leather, a color that reappears on the outsole and midsole detail. Heel tags, tongue overlays, and insoles also sport the dark hue, although they come covered in seasonal Cherry Blossom prints. Capping off the design is a crispy white midsole and the welcome addition of pink contrast stitching along the sole unit.
