Despite the fact the Nike Air Force 1 Pixel range is still fairly adolescent with its inception being in August of the year, the line-up has procured a strong line up of varying colorways. This latest digitalized colorway adorns Nike’s signature “Team Red” hue which as of late has seen a rejuvenation in popularity and hype.
At a quick glance, one could be mistaken to think this was just another two-tone AF1 but on closer inspection, you grow to appreciate the level of detail the swoosh design team has gone too which is underpinned by its expert craftsmanship and premium materials throughout. The buttery leather upper is saturated in the iconic “Team Red” hue, tonal variations are used for the in-cut swoosh and heel overlays to offer a slight contrast. Underfoot and providing a crisp foundation is the all-white sole unit, the unique sole features digital glitch detailing throughout and team red inserts on the outer sole. Completing the design and adding some final touches of flare is the rectangular prism dubrae’s and 3D branding located on the tongue, heel, and inner soles.
